Founder House changes the equation.

Founder House is a 21-day founder residency at a private estate on the Gold Coast.

You come, you live, you build — alongside 10–15 other entrepreneurs who are just as serious as you are.

For the duration of your stay, building your business is the only thing on your agenda.

This is NOT:

  • A holiday or relaxation retreat

  • A seminar or lecture series

  • A mastermind where you talk about your goals

  • A co-working space rental

  • Another course you'll start and not finish

This IS:

  • A structured, application-based founder residency

  • 21 days of focused building in a premium environment — at founding cohort pricing

  • A curated group of serious entrepreneurs — not tourists, not dreamers

  • Accountability, momentum, and real daily progress

  • An experience designed to give you 12 months of progress in 21 days

Most people try to build a business in their spare time.

This is 21 days where building your business is the only thing that matters.

Founding Cohort: 21 days · Full 30-day flagship: November 2026

Why Steven built this — and why it matters that he did.

Steven Greffe started his career as a teacher. Before that, he tried a few businesses that never really took off. He wasn't someone who had it all figured out from day one — he was someone who kept going until something worked.

The shift came when he got serious about real estate investing and started building properly. He launched FindMyVA — a hiring and outsourcing business connecting business owners with skilled Filipino virtual assistants — and kept building his property portfolio alongside it. He now owns five properties with a combined value exceeding $12 million.

Over the years he's hired and managed more than 20 people and currently runs a team of 10+ VAs. He's learned what it takes to build systems, delegate effectively, generate leads without being the bottleneck, and grow wealth across both business and property simultaneously.

Founder House exists because Steven went through the hard yards building alone — and he knows how much faster it goes when you have the right environment, the right people, and someone who's already done it sitting across the table from you.

"I'm not here to tell you I've got it all figured out.

I'm here because I've been where you are — and I know what changes the trajectory."

— Steven Greffe, Founder

Everything designed to help you build.

One-on-one mentorship

with Steven

Direct access to Steven Greffe throughout your stay. Business strategy, systems thinking, delegation, content, and growth — Steven works with you personally, not just in group sessions.

Premium accommodation included

You live at the estate for the duration of your stay. Private and shared room options available. Everything is on-site — workspace, living, meals, and community — so your only focus is building.

Virtual assistant access and support

Direct access to skilled virtual assistants who can help you execute on tasks during your stay. Website work, content, admin, research, systems setup — get things done faster with leverage from day one.

Structured daily environment

Every day has a rhythm — morning intentions, focused work blocks, collaborative sessions, and accountability check-ins. This isn't free time. It's a structured build environment.

Curated founder community

You're living and building alongside 10–14 other serious entrepreneurs. Peer conversations, shared accountability, real feedback, and the energy of people who are all-in. This is what most masterminds promise but rarely deliver.

Food catered on-site (optional)

Communal meals are available on-site so you never have to think about shopping or cooking. Food is an optional add-on at $50/day $25/day. Remove the decision fatigue. Stay focused.

Founder House is selective. That's the point.

The experience only works if the people in the room are right.

We don't accept everyone. We curate every cohort.

This is for you if you are:

  • An entrepreneur, owner, or founder ready to finally lock in and build

  • Someone who has been building in your spare time and knows you need more focus and structure

  • A solopreneur or freelancer who wants to become a real business owner — with systems, delegation, and leverage

  • A creator, consultant, or operator who knows what you need to do but hasn't done it yet

  • Someone willing to work hard for 21 days and actually finish something

  • Someone who wants to be around people who are building seriously — not just talking about it

This is NOT for you if you are:

  • Looking for a holiday or a break from work

  • In early exploration mode with no real business direction or commitment

  • Not willing to work during your stay

  • Expecting passive results without active input

  • Not ready to invest seriously in your business and your environment

The founding cohort is specifically suited to: course buyers who bought but haven't implemented, solopreneurs ready to scale with systems, early-stage founders who need to finally launch, and operators who want to build leverage through delegation.

Founding Cohort: 21 days · Full 30-day flagship: From November 2026

What you actually work on.

Founder House is not a free-form co-working stay. Every cohort works through a structured progression across six core pillars. Where you start depends on where you are. Where you finish is further than you expected.

  • Business Foundation & Clarity

Get clear on your offer, your market, and your business model. If you don't have a business yet — you'll leave with one. If you do — you'll leave with one that actually works.

Company structure, legal setup, tax strategy, and the boring-but-critical admin that most people ignore until it's expensive.

  • Sales Systems & Lead Generation

Build the system that gets you clients — without you having to be the system.

Sales funnel, outreach strategy, discovery call process, follow-up sequences. The goal: to be generating leads and ideally closing clients before you leave the house.

  • Content & Personal Brand

Plan, record, and produce your content while you're here. A professional photo shoot and video content session is built into the program — you leave with a full content library ready to publish.

Organic marketing strategy, LinkedIn, Instagram, short-form video, email. Build the machine so content keeps working after you leave.

  • Systems, Delegation & Leverage

Document your processes. Hire or activate a VA. Build the systems that let your business run without you being in every task.

This is Steven's core expertise — and direct access to FindMyVA's hiring infrastructure means you can move fast.

  • Wealth Roadmap & Financial Strategy

This is the session most business programs don't offer — and the one most founders wish they'd had earlier.

Using Steven's experience building a $12M+ property portfolio alongside his businesses, this pillar gives you a clear roadmap from where you are now to $1M+ in net worth over the next 5–10 years.

Business income → savings strategy → first property → portfolio building → financial independence. Not financial advice — a real-world framework from someone who's done it.

Optional but highly recommended. Available to all cohort members who want it.

  • Guest Sessions & Expert Access

Every cohort includes curated sessions from 2–5 guest experts — founders, operators, and specialists who have achieved significant wins in their fields.

Past areas covered include AI and automation, advanced marketing, social media growth, investor mindset, and more. Every guest brings proven experience and practical implementation — not theory.

Guest lineup varies by cohort and is confirmed closer to the start date.

Here's what your days actually look like...

The experience only works if the people in the room are right.

We don't accept everyone. We curate every cohort.

Founder House is structured but not rigid. If you have a business that requires your attention on certain days, or if you need to leave for a weekend and return, that is accommodated. The 21-day or 30-day framework is the container — what you put into it is yours to shape.

Weekends: Residents are free to leave and return. Some prefer to stay in the focused environment. VA support continues throughout the program period regardless of your physical presence.

A rested mind builds faster.

Founder House is not a relaxation retreat. But it's also not a burnout machine. The structure is built around high-output days supported by genuine recovery — because the research is clear and experience confirms it: a focused, rested brain outbuilds an exhausted one every time.

Movement

Morning movement is built into the daily structure — optional but encouraged. The property has outdoor space, the Gold Coast has beaches, and most residents find that 30–45 minutes of movement in the morning changes the entire quality of the day that follows.

Meals and nutrition

Communal meals are cooked on-site by a dedicated catering team (optional add-on, $25/day). A rotating menu, different every night. Healthy, real food. No decision fatigue, no UberEats, no wasted time. Just show up and eat well.

Space to think

Not every hour is filled. The schedule includes deliberate downtime — time to decompress, walk, swim, or sit quietly. Some of the best ideas and breakthroughs at Founder House happen outside of the work blocks, not in them.

Optional wellness

On-site massage and recovery sessions can be arranged for cohort members who want them. These are not included in the base program but can be booked through the house during your stay.

You don't leave with ideas.

You leave with all of this.

The exact outcome depends on where you start. But here is what every cohort member works toward — and what the best leave with.

Your business:

  • A launched offer, funnel, or product — not still "almost ready"

  • A working sales system and lead generation process — with clients already coming in

  • Documented systems and processes so the business doesn't rely solely on you

  • A VA or delegation plan in place and working

  • Company structure, tax strategy, and the admin foundations sorted

Your content and brand:

  • A full professional photo shoot — LinkedIn headshots, brand imagery, and content photos taken on-site at the estate

  • Video content recorded and edited — short-form social content, brand video, or long-form depending on your goals

  • An organic content strategy mapped out and scheduled

  • A content system your VA can run independently after you leave

Your wealth roadmap:

  • A clear 5–10 year financial roadmap — from where you are now to $1M+ in net wealth

  • A business income strategy that creates the surplus to invest

  • An introduction to property investing fundamentals — how to buy your first asset, finance it, and build from there

  • Connections to funding sources and capital contacts for those who need it

After you leave:

  • Access to the Founder House alumni community

  • Ongoing mentorship access to Steven (details confirmed by cohort)

  • Access to Founder House online resources and course materials

  • A network of serious founders who you've lived and built alongside — one of the most underrated outcomes of the whole experience

The Founder House Commitment

If you show up fully, do the work, and actively engage with the program — and you don't leave with meaningful, measurable progress on your business — we will personally work with you for 60 days post-residency at no additional cost until you do.

We are that confident in what this environment produces.

What this is actually worth.

People compare Founder House to Bali co-working trips, business seminars, and online coaching programs. Here's what those actually look like:

The question isn't whether you can afford Founder House.

The question is whether you can afford another year of building alone, in the wrong environment, without the support to actually finish it.

WHAT COMES AFTER THE FOUNDING COHORT:

The founding cohort in May is the first of several programs running through 2026.

Future programs will include 10-day sprint intensives and 14-day build programs later in the year, building toward the full 30-day flagship launching in November 2026.

Founding cohort pricing is the lowest this program will ever be offered. Prices increase with each round.

Founding Cohort: 21 days · Full 30-day flagship: November 2026

Questions people actually ask.

Who is this for exactly?

Ambitious entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, business owners, creators, freelancers, and founders who are ready to finally lock in and build — whether that's launching for the first time or scaling what they've already started. The founding cohort is ideal for people who have bought courses or had ideas but haven't fully implemented yet, and people who know they need more time, structure, and the right environment to do that.

Why 30 days? Isn't that a long time?

It takes time for real momentum to build. The first few days are orientation and setup. By day 7, patterns are forming. By day 14, real progress is visible. By day 21, things are actually done. 30 days is the sweet spot — long enough to finish something real, short enough to commit to. The founding cohort runs for 21 days, which is still enough to see dramatic progress. And yes, 21 days is how long it takes to form a habit.

Can I leave on weekends or take time away?

Yes. Founder House is a structured environment, not a locked facility. If you need to leave on weekends and return Monday, that's accommodated. If you have business commitments on certain days, you manage your own schedule. The structure is there to support you, not restrict you. You still retain VA access throughout the full program period even when off-site.

What about hygiene and shared living — how does that work?

The property has five bathrooms across the rooms and 3 separate toilets. Expectations are set clearly from the start. This is a premium environment — residents are expected to treat it accordingly. It's a large family estate and we have on-site support staff to assist with property management and cleaning throughout.

What does a typical day look like?

Early morning is personal time — exercise, reflection, whatever you need. The day starts with a group intention-setting session, then moves into focused deep work blocks with VA support available. Afternoons include collaborative sessions and one-on-one time with Steven. Evenings are communal — dinner, conversation, connection. See the full Day in the Life section above for a detailed breakdown.

What will I actually leave with?

That depends on what you bring in and what you focus on. But at minimum: a launched or significantly progressed business project, documented systems, a delegation plan, content produced, and clarity on your next 90 days. The founding cohort experience is more hands-on than future cohorts — you get more direct access to Steven and more flexibility in the program structure.

Is this better value than going to Bali or a co-working retreat?

Bali and similar destinations offer a desk and a change of scenery — which is valuable on its own. Founder House offers a structured program, direct mentorship, VA access, a curated cohort, Gold Coast living, and real accountability. You can go to Bali and still scroll Instagram for six hours. At Founder House, the environment is specifically designed to make that hard. The investment is also broadly comparable — once you factor in flights, accommodation, co-working, and the lack of structure, the numbers are similar.

What if I can't make the May cohort?

We have further cohorts planned through the rest of 2026, including 14-day builds, 10-day sprint intensives, and the full 30-day flagship in November. Apply anyway and note your availability — we'll match you to the right window.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. If you fully participate — show up, do the work, engage with the program — and you don't leave with meaningful, measurable progress on your business, we will work with you personally for 60 days post-residency at no additional cost until you do. We will even personally help build your sales, delivery and marketing systems.

What's the wealth roadmap session and who is it for?

The wealth roadmap session is an optional but highly recommended session available to all cohort members. Using Steven's own experience building a $12M+ property portfolio alongside his businesses, it walks you through a clear framework for going from where you are now to $1M+ in net wealth over the next 5–10 years — covering business income strategy, savings discipline, first property acquisition, and portfolio building. This is not financial advice — it's a real-world framework from someone who has done it. You take what's relevant, leave what's not.

Is a photo and video shoot really included?

Yes. A professional photo shoot and video content session is built into the Founder House program. The estate is a genuinely stunning location for personal brand photography — most people would spend $1,000–$2,000 to get this done separately. You'll leave with LinkedIn headshots, brand imagery, and short-form video content ready to publish. It's one of the most immediately useful things you take away from the experience.
